You can do whatever variation of the pushup you feel comfortable doing. If you are really new try doing standing pushups. (You basically do a pushup against a wall while standing.)

Just challenge yourself.

If you will be home all day this workout challenge will be pretty easy. If you are out and about I totally understand if you don’t want to drop and do ten pushups in the middle of the mall. But, hey!! Who cares if you do?!?! Just send me a video. Okay?
