Workout Challenge

I am assuming you are drinking a lot of water. Right?? So, you are probably needing to go pee quite a bit. You will until your bladder adjusts. Stick to it. You will thank me later. Anyway, do this workout and you will get in a good workout even if you can’t make it to the gym today or any other day.

    haha! I’m glad it’s motivating. Between full time gig and three kids I was struggling to find to work out.

    I bet the guys at work always wonder why I came out of a break winded, lol!
